Board Reports:
Board of Worship and Music:
Keith Helland reported that Gladys Biehl, Cindy Haugsdal, Nate Sletten and Doug Harmon have agreed to help out with Lay Sunday. During July Jubilee weekend, Perry and the Poor Boys will be performing on Sunday. This event will be advertised to the entire community. Nate and the Moonlighters will lead a joint service with St. Pat's, Asbury and Salem in the park at 10:30 on July 17 with a potluck following.

Board of Stewardship and Social Ministry: Don Aamodt reported David Kingland is working on a trend analysis over the past 3 years and projecting for the next 2 years - membership vs. attendance.

Board of Education: It was reported that VBS was going well with 125-140 participating. The closing program will be at the park in Joice. On July 10th the board is planning an international fair on the lawn.

Board of Youth: Amy Olson reported that the graduation reception went well. Twenty youth attended the concert and Lynx game in Minneapolis. The board is seeking host homes for the Poor Boys concert members.

Board of Life and Growth: Linda Rasmusson reported the campout in Clear Lake was cancelled due to lack of interest. The board is planning to serve root beer floats and popcorn during the Perry and the Poor Boys concert instead of a meal.

Board of Property and Management: Jerry Hoffman reported that the WELCA fundraiser for the stained glass windows is scheduled for June 18. Members are encouraged to attend this event. The recycling can container in the alley needs to be relocated. The board will contact Kevin Sprecher about relocating the container. The north cemetery sidewalk needs to be replaced, and the board is trying to postpone this until 2006.

One In Christ Parish Council: Scott Helgeson, Deb Kingland, Doug Harmon, Pastor Dykstra and Pastor Mackey reported on the discussion of the budget fairness within the parish. It was noted the other congregations did not want to change the budget formula. The exit interview with Pastor Tom was helpful to recognize a few areas that might need to be changed to be more efficient as a parish. It was mentioned the need for lay participation to take part and have ownership in the parish. The question is "where do we go as a parish from here?"
Motion was made by Doug Bruhns seconded by Linda Rasmusson to accept these reports.

Old Business: Pastor Dykstra and Pastor Mackey gave their report on the Synod Assembly weekend.

New Business:
The next meeting will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2005. A motion to adjourn was made by Keith Helland and seconded by Deb Kingland.

We closed with silent prayer for our prayer partners and the Lord's Prayer.
