A. Change Bylaws Article 3 Section B Annual Congregational Meeting to be held during the month of November. Motion made by Lynn Bartness. Seconded by Bonnie Freeman. Deb Kingland stated the motion. Discussion: Many people in attendance verbalized opposition to changing the meeting to November. Motion defeated: 40 yes - 90 No.
B. Lot Purchase
Motion made by Gary Honsey. Seconded by Elaine Helgeson. Deb Kingland stated the motion. Motion passed. All in favor. Opposed - 0.
C. Elections:
Presentation of the ballot and nominees from the Nominating Committee - Tamil Alphs made the motion to accept those nominated for the positions. Mark Alphs seconded the motion. Many people in attendance verbalized opposition to the ballot process and some of the nominees. Ballot approved. Yes - 66 No - 51.
D. 2007 Budget:
Motion to accept the budget by Mark Alphs. Seconded by Don Aamodt. Minor discussion. Budget accepted by majority vote.
